Monthly meetings are every second Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM at Bassett Fieldhouse. Meetings start at 8:00 PM during the months of May through August.

The Hamden Fathers Baseball/Softball League offers scholarship awards annually. The last several years the league has provided laptop computers to scholarship winners that are going onto college. Players that have played in HFSBA for at least 3 years and are going onto college are eligible to apply. The number of scholarships and their values are based on the amount of late sign up fees the league collects each year.

Welcome to the Hamden Fathers' Baseball and Softball web site. This web site is dedicated to the families, volunteers and most important the players of the H.F.B.S.A. program.

H.F.B.S.A. was founded in 1953. Today, H.F.B.S.A. provides an opportunity for over 1,000 children ages three through eighteen years old to play recreational baseball in a safe and positive environment. The organization's objective is to enrich our children by providing them with the positive experience of teamwork, personal achievement, and excellence through participation in our baseball/softball program. While teaching the fundamentals of the game of baseball, we seek to instill the values inscribed in the little league motto: "Character, Courage, Loyalty"
